《内经》“求属”内涵初探

Discussion on the pathogenesis theory of qiushu of the Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic

《内经》病机“求属”的基本内涵可概括为 :从脏腑经络所属部位和功能特点来归类病候 ,求其病位所属 ;从自然气候的六气特点来归类病候 ,求病性所属 ;从邪正虚实来求其属 ;从气血引起的气机失常求其属 ;从疾病的转化传变求属 ;用阴阳总括病机求属。临床以此指导审因辨证 ,可提高辨证的准确性 ,有利于确定恰当的治疗原则。

The pathogenesis theory of qiushu of The Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic can be summarized into six aspects as following:catalog the symptoms and signs of the disease according to the attributed location and the function of the viscera state and meridian,so as to summarize the qiushu of the pathogenesis;catalog the symptoms and signs of the disease according to the characters of the natural climate,so as to summarize the qiushu of the essence of the disease;summarize the qiushu according to the deficient or excessive of the pathogen and vital Qi;summarize the qiushu according to the disorder of the movement of Qi that induced by the Qi and blood;summarize the qiushu according to the transformation of the syndromes of the disease;summarize the qiushu of the pathogenesis according to the Yin and Yang In clinical,it can be used to supervise the determination of the cause of the disease and the differentiation of the symptoms and signs,so as to improve the veracity of the differentiation of the disease and make up a proper principle of treatment
