呼吸衰竭病人红细胞内pH和电解质的初步探讨 被引量:1

摘要 本文报告对照组35例、Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭组17例和Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭组33例的红细胞内pH和电解质的观察结果。呼吸衰竭病人的红细胞内pH非常显著地高于对照组(P<0.01)。本研究表明:采用冻融法测定红细胞内pH是一种简便经济,实用可靠的红细胞内pH测定方法,推广此法具有重要的意义;呼吸衰竭病人红细胞内pH高于对照组,可能与Hb浓度升高,缓冲容量增大,脱氧血红聋白比例升高及红细胞阴离子交换受限有关。 This paper reported on the results of intraerythrocyte pH and electrolytes in 3 groups, which included control group(CG,n=35),hypoxemia group(HOG,n=17) and hypoxemia with hypercapnta group (HHG,n=33). The intraerythrocyte pH (pHi) values weather of HOG or of HHG ware significantly higher than that of CG(P<0.01). The study indicated: the Freezethaw method was a simple, cheap, practical and reliable method of phi measurement, topadvocate this method had practical benefit; and the pHi values of HOG and HHG were significantly higher than that of CG, which appeared to be related with the Hb concentration elevated and the buffer capacity strengthened, the percent of deoxygenated Hb increased and the anion exchange of erythrocyte restricted.
