松鼠单蚤亚洲亚种三龄幼虫形态描述

Morphology of Third Instar Larva of Monopsyllus sciurorum asiaticus (SIPHONAPTERA)

对松鼠单蚤亚洲亚种 (Monopsyllus sciurorum asiaticus)三龄幼虫的形态进行描述。大颚 8齿 ,前头刚毛 6对 ,后头刚毛 6对。自第一胸节至第 9腹节主刚毛列毛数依次为 8(2 )、8(2 )、8(2 )、10 (2 )、10 (2 )、10 (2 )、10 (2 )、10 (2 )、10 (2 )、10(2 )、10 (2 )和 12根。第 10腹节肛梳 2列 ,前列 8～ 12根 ,后列 14根。肛柱宽短 ,末端钝圆 ,基部有 8或 9根支柱毛。与同属的不等单蚤 (Monopsyllusanisus)幼虫形态比较略有差别。

The morphology of third instar larva of Monopsyllus sciurorum asiaticus (6 specimens) is described (Fig 1) in this paper. Head: There are 8 teeth on the mandible. The preantennal setae are 2 and interantennal setae 2 too. The both of frontal and occipital setae are 6 pairs. The chaetotaxy of main seta rows from first thoracic segment to ninth abdominal segment is 8(2)、8(2)、8(2)、10(2) 、10(2) 、10(2) 、10(2) 、10(2) 、10(2) 、10(2) 、10(2) and 12. The anal comb consists of 2 seta rows, the anterior row is 8~12 setae and the posterior row is 14. The anal struts are wider and shorter and their tips blunt. This flea larva morphology is compared with that of Monopsyllus anisus belongingy to same genus.
