摘要 已知与编码核糖体蛋白L41(RPL41)的CD399094相似的基因序列在黄曲霉敏感品种发育中种皮中上调表达。从花生黄曲霉抗性品种J11中克隆了相似基因。通过分析比较来自开放数据库中黄曲霉抗性和敏感品种花生发育中种子表达的RPL41序列,并对黄曲霉抗性和敏感品种果实不同发育时期和部位及叶片用荧光定量PCR做进一步的分析,研究在不同花生品种中核糖体蛋白L41与黄曲霉抗性的关系。结果表明,发育中种子表达的RPL41在抗性品种中多于敏感品种,而且多出的EST序列与在敏感品种中表达的不同,可能是特异地在抗性品种中表达。RPL41在抗性品种中发育中果实的果荚和子叶以及叶片上调表达,可能与该特定类型的RPL41 est的专一表达以及与黄曲霉的抗性有关。 Expression of CD399094-like gene encoding RPL41 is up-regulated in developing seed coat of A.flavus sensitive cultivar.We have cloned similar RPL41 est from resistant cultivar J11.The relation of RPL41 in different peanut cultivars to A.flavus was studied through comparison and analysis of similar ests from sensitive and resistant cultivars in GeneBank database,and quantitative PCR on different peanut fruit tissues from different developmental stages of A.flavus resistant and sensitive cultivars.The results showed that more RPL41 were expressed in developing seeds of resistant varieties than that of sensitive cultivars,in addition,the specific type of RPL41 est was expressed in A.flavus resistant strains.This indicates that higher expression level of ribosomal protein L41 in developing fruit shell,cotyledon and leave is possible related to specific expression of this specific RPL41 ests and to Aspergillus flavus resistance.
