水氮耦合对陕西关中小麦淀粉糊化特性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为明确陕西关中地区节水高肥效的生产最优灌溉和施肥技术,以陕西关中3个品种为供试材料,设置不同灌水模式、施氮量、施肥方式,采用裂区设计,对不同小麦品种淀粉糊化特性进行研究,结果表明:灌水模式和施肥量对淀粉粘度性状有一定影响,而施肥方式对淀粉粘度性状没有影响。在冬灌1水+春灌1水模式下,峰值粘度显著高于其他3种灌水模式。随着施肥量的增加低谷粘度、最终粘度和回生值呈上升趋势。小偃22在冬灌1水+春灌1水、施肥量120 kg/hm2下淀粉品质最优;西农979在不灌水、施肥量240 kg/hm2下淀粉品质最优;陕558在冬灌1水+春灌1水下淀粉品质最优,施肥量选择120 kg/hm2。 A field trial was carried out to study on starch pasting properties of wheat under irrigation and nitrogen level with three wheat varieties in Shaanxi Guanzhong area.The results showed that starch pasting properties of wheat was affected by irrigation and different nitrogen level.There had no effect under different nitrogen methods.With irrigation in winter and spring mode,peak viscosity was significantly higher than the other three kinds of irrigation mode.Along with the increase of the fertilizer rates,hold through,final viscosity and setback were on the rise.Starch quality of Xiaoyan 22 was the best under the optimal conditions of irrigation in winter and spring,nitrogen application of 120 kg/ha.Xinong 979 had the best starch quality he optimal conditions of no irrigation and nitrogen application of 240 kg/ha.And Shan 558 could get the best starch quality he optimal conditions of no irrigation and nitrogen application of 240 kg/ha irrigation in winter and spring,nitrogen application of 120 kg/ha.
