0引言沥青路面圆形坑槽铣刨机碎料回收系统的设计功能是在铣刨过程中自动回收铣刨碎料,尤其对铣刨碎料中的微细粉尘具有很好的回收效果,能够使铣刨后的坑槽达到直接填补新料的清洁标准。这一功能不仅实现了铣刨工序与碎料回收工序的合并,而且改善了新材料与坑槽各面之间的粘结强度,进而提高了路面养护质量和使用寿命,大大提高了坑槽修补作业效率,

The automatic milled scrap reclaiming system of round pit milling machine for asphalt pavement was introduced.Besides the importance of the automatic reclaiming system to the milling machine was discussed,the physical parameters of milled debris that influence the reclaiming efficiency and cleanliness were also deeply studied.By using the gas-solid flow theory,a reclaiming system with vacuum is designed,which can reclaim the milled scrap while the milling machine is working.
