摘要
为了更好地理解和控制不同的温拌,尤其是半温拌过程的物理现象,利用通用的热力学方法对6种热拌、温拌及半温拌混合料类型的能耗进行了分析,考虑了生产过程、设备生产类型及燃料相关热损失。研究最终提出运行过程的热学模型,可以用来计算相关能耗参数,其应用可以推广至所有混合料类型。
In order to comprehend the physical phenomenon during the process of warm mix, especially the half warm mix, a general thermodynamics method was applied to carry out the analysis on energy consumption of 6 types of asphalt mixtures, including the hot mix, warm mix as well as half warm mix. The heat loss related to the production process and equipment and fuel was taken into account. A thermal model of operation process which could be adopted to calculate the energy consumption was presented, and it applies to all kinds of mixtures.
