种植密度和顶端调节剂对烤烟中性致香物质的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以吉烟九号(当地主栽品种)为试材,于2008-2009年采用二因素裂区试验设计研究了种植密度和顶端调节剂对烤烟中性致香物质含量的影响。结果表明:种植密度和顶端调节剂及其两者互作对烤烟中的5类香气物质(类胡萝卜素类降解产物、苯丙氨酸类降解产物、类西柏烷类降解产物、棕色化反应产物以及其他类降解产物)含量均有极显著影响;其中以顶调剂的影响作用大于种植密度;随着种植密度的减小,5类香气物质含量均先降低再升高。从顶调剂对烤烟中性致香物质含量的影响来看,顶调剂B2的香气物质含量均高于B1和B3;最终得出,选择种植密度A1(16 500株/hm2),配合喷施顶调剂B2的烤烟中性致香物质含量最高,烟叶的品质较好。 During 2008-2009,a field experiment was employed to study the contents of neutral aroma components in flue-cured tobacco leaf under plant density and apical regulator using the tobacco cultivar Jiyan No.9(local cultivars) in the Dunhua flue-cured tobacco producing area.Results showed that: both of the treatments,namely planting density and apical regulator,and their interactions extremely significantly affected five categories(the contents of products degraded by carotene,the contents of products degraded by cembranes,the contents of products of browing reaction,the contents of phenylalanine,the contents of other categories of neutral aroma components)of the contents of neutral aroma components;Effect of apical regulator is greater than plant density;With the planting density decreasing,the contents of different categories of neutral aroma components showed the tendency of decreased first and ascend later.The influence of apical regulator B2 on the contents of neutral aroma components in flue-cured tobacco leaf was stronger than B1 and B3;The present thesis concludes that structure of planting density A1(16 500 trees/ha) and apical regulator B2 on the quality of flue-cured tobacco leaf was reasonable,and the contents of neutral aroma components is biggest.
