摘要
采用经典力学理论分析手段,研究沿空留巷时巷道和采场基本顶的稳定性条件,利用数值计算方法,以某大型矿井为背景,分析了该矿502工作面留设窄小煤柱在501工作面回采时的受力特征、破坏区域分布,并判断煤柱的稳定性状况。研究结果表明:该矿502和501综采面间留设的窄小煤柱在经历501回采时,煤柱上受有较大的载荷;当煤柱留设为8m时,其稳定性良好,可以满足护巷的要求;护巷煤柱在工作面采过后形成了大范围的破坏区,但是破坏区域并未贯通,对煤柱进行适当加强支护即可满足稳定性要求。
By classical mechanics analysis,the stability conditions of roadways and basic roofs were studied when gob-side entry retaining.Through numerical calculation,stress characteristics and failure areas distribution of small pillars retained among No.502 working face were analyzed when No.502 face was caved,then the pillar stability was evaluated.The results showed: during No.501 caving,the retained small pillars between No.501 and No.502 undertook more load;when the retained pillar was 8m high,the stability was better,which could meet the supporting requirement;there appeared a large destruction area among the pillars after the caving,but no cut-through,therefore proper strengthening support could satisfy the stability requirement.
