Large Area Roof Falling and its Control among Fully-mechanized Working Face

马脊梁矿综采三队大面积漏顶表现为支架工作阻力明显上升,部分支架安全阀开启,煤壁大面积片帮、机道顶板多处塌落、两巷超前炸帮及煤顶塌落。文章介绍了此次漏顶的原因及经过、控制漏顶方案及现场管理措施;通过实施措施,有效地控制机道顶板继续垮落,避免了工作面煤壁及顺槽煤壁大面积片帮、顺利地度过漏顶,恢复了综采工作面的安全生产。

Large area roof falling presented as follows： working resistance increases obviously,safety valves of partial support open,and rib spalling,entry roof collapsing,two roadways explosion,and roof falling happen.The paper introduces the reason,process and control plans for roof falling,and site management.By implementing the measures,the further collapse of entry roof was stopped,large-area rib spalling on wall and crossheading of working face were averted.Safety production of fully-mechanized mining face was restored.
