Innovation of Tub Block Car Devices in Auxiliary Inclined Shafts of Duerping Mine

杜儿坪矿为了确保副斜井中使用的挡车装置拦截车辆可靠,进一步完善了副斜井跑车防护装置,在1010副斜井上部车场距变坡点2m东西两股道上各安装一套用11号工字钢加工的立杆阻车器,上变坡点下46m处东西两股道上各安装一套缓冲式挡车器,上立杆阻车器和下46m处缓冲式挡车器实现联锁,有效地杜绝了副斜井发生跑野车事故,提升了副斜井安全运输水平。

To guarantee the reliability of tub block car devices used in auxiliary inclined shafts,Duerping mine further perfected their protective devices.In the upper pit-bottom of No.1010 auxiliary inclined shaft,a pair of Size 11 joist steel stand-pole retarders were mounted on east-west rails 2m far away from the point of gradient change but a pair of stop buffers were mounted 46m far away from the upper point of gradient change.The retarders and stop blocks＇ interlock was realized,which could prevent run-away accidents and could raise transportation safety level.
