错畸形牙齿大小与牙弓宽度的关系研究

A Study on the Relation of Tooth Size to Arch Width with Malocclusion

目的 :分析庞氏指数的临床应用意义。方法 :以正常及五组不同类型错共 36 0人为研究对象 ,分别进行牙齿大小与牙弓宽度的相关性分析及各组庞氏指数的比较。结果 :无论正常、错牙齿大小与牙弓宽度相关性小 ,不同类型错双尖牙指数和磨牙指数有显著差异。结论 :庞氏指数在临床上预测牙弓宽度合理性小 。

Objective:To analyze the clinical application significance of Pont's index.Methods:Normal occlusion and five varying classified malocclusions totaled 360 were selected as study subjects,the correlation analysis between tooth size and arch width were respectively performed for these groups,and the Pont’s index among different groups were compared.Results:The correlation between tooth size and arch width was small in normal occlusion as well as in maloccousion,and there were significant difference in different classified malocclusion,for index of premolar or molar.Conclusion:In clinic,the reasonableness of predicting arch width according to Pont's index was small,other factors must be combined to comprehensively predict arch width.
