东方百合“索蚌”自交不亲合性的研究

摘要 为研究百合自交不亲和发生的部位,以东方百合索蚌为试验材料,采用蕾期授粉、切割花柱授粉、延后授粉对东方百合索蚌自交后的花粉管生长和结实进行了研究。结果表明:索蚌自交不亲和性表现在花柱和子房中;蕾期授粉具有明显的花柱不亲和性;保留0.5cm花柱授粉能够克服花柱不亲和,花粉管可以进入子房,但坐果率为零,受精障碍存在于子房;延后6d柱头授粉能够克服索蚌的自交不亲和性,结实率可以达到26.7%,但每果有胚4.0个。 In order to study the position of self-incompatibility in Lilium,with Lilium orential Sorbonne as material,pollen tube's growth and seed formation in Lilium orential Sorbonne in Lilium were studied by bud pollination,cut-different-style pollination and delayed pollination.The results suggested that the self-incompatibility in Sorbonne manifested in style and ovary.The pollination on buds showed apparant style incompatibility.Retaining 0.5 cm style pollination could bypass style incompatibility,the pollen tube could get into the ovary,but the fruit-setting rate was zero and the fertilization failure existed in ovary.The delayed 6d stigma pollination could overcome self-incompatibility in Sorbonne and the fruit-setting rate was 26.7%,but the number of embryos was four in every fruit.
