摘要 针对晋西北黄土高原区水利工程建设中的水土流失问题,基于气候、地貌、区域水土流失特征及工程建设期水土流失成因等要素的系统诊断分析,提出以分类治理、植被结构优化类型和技术措施组装配套为主体的生物措施方案和技术途径。实践证明,这些措施产生了良好的水土保持效果,这一范式的总结为华北地区建设项目水土流失生态治理提供了借鉴作用。 The Loess Plateau in Northwestern of Shanxi Province is one of the most serious regions of soil erosion in China.The construction of the North Trunk Engineering of YRDP(Yellow River Diversion Project) caused severe soil erosion by large area of soil disturbance.Through the analysis of the characteristics of climate,landform,regional soil erosion characteristics and soil erosion cause,water conservation biological measures of classified governance,vegetation structure optimization and technical ways were put forward.Practice showed that the measures had better effects on soil and water conservation and provided certain reference function for ecological control of water and soil loss in North China.
