The Change of Immunocytes Distribution in Capillary Hemangioma and its Significance

目的 :探讨免疫细胞和毛细血管瘤病理演变的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化法 (LSAB)观察分析颌面部不同分期毛细血管瘤组织内三种免疫组织的数量变化。结果 :增殖期T淋巴细胞及S— 10 0 + DC明显增多 (p <0 0 5 ) ,各分期间B淋巴细胞数目无差异性变化。结论 :T淋巴细胞及S— 10 0 +

Objective:To investigate interrelationship of immunocytes and capillary hemangioma pathological development.Methods:Using immunohistry staining,the number change of three kinds of immunocytes was observed and analysised in different phase of maxillfacial capillary hemangioma.[WT5”FZ]Results:[WT5”BZ]The mumber of T-lymphocyte and S-100 +DC at proliferating phase of hemangioma was obviously increased (p<0.05),there is no difference of B-lymphocyte.Conclusion:The interaction of T-lymphocyte and S-100 +DC may determine immunological state and its result in pathological development of hemangioma.
