摘要 目的 :通过观察二氧化碳激光法与传统手术龈成形术后的组织学变化 ,初步探讨两种方法实施龈成形术后龈瓣组织创面的愈合的状况。方法 :作者在对 42例牙龈肥大、增生患者采用激光或手术龈成形术两种方法治疗的基础上各对其中两组 9例患者的部分区域行常规病理活检、观察。结果 :激光治疗组的牙龈龈瓣组织切口缘均表现出均匀薄层、组织碳化、变性的病理改变 ,而手术组龈瓣切缘整齐 ,无上述变化层。结论 :二氧化碳激光龈成形术后组织学改变因激光焦点周围能量密度高低不同而出现碳化、组织变性 。 Objective:Observing the gingival histologic change after CO 2 laser and traditional gingivectomy,explore the healing of gingival raw surface after 2 mathods being operated Methods:With totallng of 42 cases of hyperplasia or hypertrophy,9 patients in each group were be selected to administer biospy of part gingive Results:Gingival histologic flap in CO 2 laser group all presented the such characteristics as even thin layer,histologic carbonization and degeneration pathologic change Other group only has tidy incision surface and no similiar pathologic layer Conclusion:Because the laser around focus has different energy density,gingival histologic change after CO 2 laser gingivectomy presented Carbonization,degeneration So the healing peroid of gingival raw surface operated in CO 2 laser group is longer than that of traditional operation
