摘要
介绍了基于AT89C51的单片机的啤酒发酵温度控制系统的软硬件设计及工作原理。主要研究了在不同温度下对啤酒浓度检测的影响,通过用同一批号啤酒在不同温度条件下进行测试分析,发现各种温度条件对啤酒浓度检测结果有较明显的影响。而啤酒发酵温度控制系统能对发酵温度进行巡回检测、显示和报警。经过实际测试,该系统能取得较为满意的控制效果。
In this paper the software and hardware design and principle of temperature control system of the beer ferment based on AT89C51 single chip microcomputer were introduced. This control system can make cyclic measurement, display and alarming to ferment temperature at the same time, it can intelligently control the temperature . The test result showed that this system could achieve quite good control performance.
