三下采煤技术的探讨与研究

Discussion of Mining Technology under Buildings,Railways and Water

分别从地面岩移观测站的设计与分析、保护煤柱的留设方法、建筑物下压煤的开采技术及建筑物的地上保护措施等方面进行论述,力求能够对煤矿"三下"压煤开采的生产与设计提供借鉴,提高对"三下"采煤技术的认识,推动我国"三下"采煤技术、提高煤炭产量及保护地面重要基础设施具有极其重要的意义。

From design and analysis of ground surface shifting observing station, retaining method of protecting pillars, mining technology under buildings, and building protection above ground, the paper tried to provide information for the production and design of mining under buildings, railways, and water to improve the understanding of the mining, promote the technology, increase coal yield, and protect the important facilities above the ground.
