摘要 以汾西矿业的煤矿安全生产信息管理系统为基础,加强偏远煤矿安全生产管理为目的,结合GPRS与GIS技术建立了多级煤矿安全信息管理系统。系统将生产矿井的二维空间地理位置与矿井监测站的实时监测数据进行联动,实现了煤矿安全信息的实时监测。整个系统充分考虑了安全性,采用了安全的架构,通过GPRS接入的远程客户端设计有安全认证和加密体系,还有对井下监测站设备的安全性保障。通过各级监控部门布设煤矿安全信息管理监控平台,能为各级监管人员提供实时的监控数据和报警服务,通过引入决策支持系统能为领导者决策提供现场依据。采用该系统能降低煤矿安全事故的发生率。 Based on the Fenxi Mining Group's safety production information management system,GPRS and GIS were combined to establish a multilevel safety information management system for mines in remote areas.The system realizes the integrated operation of two-dimension geographic position and real-time data of monitoring stations and real-time monitoring of safety information of mines.It takes the consideration of security thoroughly and adopts a safe structure,including the security authentication and encryption system when remote clients access through GPRS.Besides,it guarantees for monitoring equipments in mines.The information management monitor platforms at all levels are installed to provide real-time alarming service for all monitoring personnel,and a decision support system is also introduced to provide field evidence for managers to make decision.The system could reduce the accident rate of mines.
