为了适应采煤工作面大功率、大配套重型设备发展及使用要求,需要研制出支护强度高、稳定性强、轻型便捷通用性好的超前支架。本文分别对超前支架架型,结构形式、超前支架结构构成及创新点、超前支架的液压系统进行了阐述。此种新型材料巷超前支架对于提高巷道支护的作业机械化和自动化程度,保障人员安全,更好地发挥设备高产高效生产能力有很大帮助。

To meet the development and application of high-power heavy equipments on working faces, there is a need for a light and universal preceding support with high strength and great stability. The article introduces a new material preceding support and its type, construction, components, innovations and hydraulic system. The support plays important roles in increasing mechanization and automation of roadway support, in ensuring personnel safety, and in performing high-yield and high-efficiency production capacity.
