摘要
介绍了大型甲醇厂采用的气相低压甲醇合成工艺I:CI甲醇合成工艺因其床层温度难控制,难以大规模应用,已被Topsφe和Lurgi工艺取代;Lurgi和Topsφe工艺中热量有效利用和合成反应器很相似,但是Topsφe工艺增加了硫保护器,对催化剂起到了防止中毒,延长使用寿命的作用。
The paper introduces the low-pressure Gas-Phase Methanol Synthesize Process used in large-scale methanol plants. ICI methanol synthesize process has been replaced by Tops?e and Lurgi technology, because of the control problem of its bed-layer temperature. With the Tops?e and Lurgi, heat usage is similar with synthesize reactor, but the sulfur protector used in Tops?e can protect catalyst from poisoning in order to prolong its service time.
