摘要
目的通过对宜宾市农村集中式供水工程卫生监测与水性传染病的调查,研究其饮水安全。方法对2009-2010年宜宾市农村集中式供水工程末梢水水质检测结果进行分析,按GB/T5750-2006进行检测,并按GB5749-2006进行评价,达到标准值为合格。结果共检测水样812份,合格率为25.5%。2009年合格率为17.3%,2010年合格率为33.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=26.463,P=0.000)。不合格项目主要为细菌总数、大肠菌群、浑浊度,肉眼可见物。枯水期合格率为30.8%,丰水期合格率为20.2%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.989,P=0.001);全市水性传染病占各类传染病2009年为24.8%,2010年为21.9%。结论宜宾市农村集中式供水水质合格率较低,细菌学指标污染严重,这与水性传染病的发生有密切联系。
Objective To study the safety of drinking water by the health monitoring on rural centralized water supply projects and the survey of water-borne infectious diseases.Methods The tap water quality test results of rural centralized water supply projects in Yibin during 2009-2010 were analyzed,with the tests were conducted according to GB/T5750-2006,evaluation according to GB5749-2006,those values meet the standard were considered to be qualified.Results Totally 812 water samples were detected,with the passing rate was 25.5%.In 2009,the passing rate was 17.3%,while in 2010 was 33.0%,with the difference was statistically significant(χ2=26.463,P<0.01).The unqualified items were total bacteria,coliform,turbidity,visible objects.The passing rate in dry season was 30.8%,while in wet season was 20.2%,with the difference was statistically significant(2 = 11.989,P<0.01).The water-borne infectious diseases accounted for 24.8% of all infectious diseases around the city in 2009,and accounted for 21.9% in 2010.Conclusion The water qualified rate of rural centralized water supply in Yibin is low,and the bacteriological index showed serious pollution,which closely link with water-borne infectious diseases.
