2001-2010年峨眉山市钩端螺旋体病流行分析

Epidemiological Characteristics of Leptospirosis in E-meishan,2001-2010

目的对2001-2010年峨眉山市钩端螺旋体病疫情资料进行流行病学分析,掌握其规律,为有效预防和控制钩端螺旋体病的发生与流行提供依据。方法采用Excel录入整理数据,对2001-2010年峨眉山市钩端螺旋体病疫情进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2001-2010年峨眉山市共报告钩体病例231例,年平均发病率为5.34/10万。2003年发病81例,年发病率为18.81/10万;2001年发病69例,年发病率为16.1/10万;2001-2004年间呈2年1次流行高峰的规律,疫情总体呈波浪式下降,2010年无病例发生。平坝和山区的发病率无显著差异;病例主要集中在10～50岁之间,占发病总数的86.15%,发病以青壮年为主;季节分布呈单峰型,仅集中在8～10月,9月为高峰期。结论 2001-2010年峨眉山钩体发病逐年下降,到2010年已无新病例发生,应进一步加强防制钩体病综合措施。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of leptospirosis in E-meishan city from 2001 to 2010,master the trend,and provide evidence for effective prevention and control of leptospirosis.Methods Descriptive epidemiological method was applied to analyze on the epidemiological characteristics of leptospirosis in E-meishan city from 2001 to 2010,with the data analyzed by using Excel.Results Totally 231 cases of leptospirosis were reported in E-meishan city from 2001 to 2010,the average incidence rate was 5.43/105.There were 81 cases in 2003,with the incidence rate was 18.81/105;and 69 cases in 2001,with the incidence rate was 16.1/105.The incidence peaked 1 time every 2 years during 2001-2004,with the epidemic wavy down,and no case reported in 2010.There was no significant statistical difference between incidence rate in plains and in mountain areas.The cases mainly concentrated in people aged from 10 to 50 which accounted for 86.15 %.Yong people were mostly infected by leptopirosis,and the time distribution was peaked during August to October.Conclusion The incidence of letospirosis in E-meishan city has declined year by year,and no new infected case was reported in 2010.The further comprehensive letospirosis control strategies should be strengthened.
