摘要
目的评价优化ICU护理工作流程在开展优质护理服务工作中的作用。方法修订和完善ICU一系列护理工作及管理流程,比较优化前后危重患者抢救成功率、院感发生率以及患者、家属满意率。结果优化ICU一系列工作及管理流程后危重患者抢救成功率提高,院感发生率降低,患者及患者家属满意率提高。结论优化ICU护理工作流程能明显提高护理质量,是为患者提供优质护理服务的重要手段和保障。
Objective To evaluate the function of optimizing the ICU workflow in the developing of high quality nursing service.Methods A series of nursing work and management flow in ICU were revising and consummated,with the differences in success rate of seriously injured patient's rescue,the incidence rate of hospital infection as well as the satisfaction rate of patients and their family members before and after optimization were compared.Results After optimizing a series of nursing work and management flow in ICU,the success rate of rescuing the seriously injured patient improved,the incidence rate of hospital infection reduced,the satisfaction rate of patients and patients' family members increased.Conclusion Optimizing the ICU workflow can improve the quality of nursing significantly.It is an important measure and safeguard of providing high quality nursing service for patients.
