妈富隆配合诊断性刮宫治疗围绝经期功血的临床分析

Marvelon Cooperate With the Diagnostic Curettage in the Treatment of Perimenopausal Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的探讨诊断性刮宫(诊刮)后加用去氧孕烯炔雌醇(妈富隆)治疗围绝经期功血的有效性和调整周期的效果。方法选择2006-06/2009-06在本院妇科门诊确诊为围绝经期功血患者55例作为观察组。在诊刮术后第五天加用妈富隆治疗,连续用21 d为1周期3,周期为1疗程。选择同期病例55例为对照组,仅行诊刮术。结果观察组治疗1疗程后,总有效率94.5%(P<0.05),贫血得以纠正(P<0.05),子宫内膜厚度变薄(P<0.05),停药后恢复正常月经周期。结论妈富隆配合诊刮治疗围绝期功血具有很好的有效性和周期控制。

Objective To explore the effect of desogestrel ethinylestradiol（marvelon） used after diagnostic curettage in the treatment of premenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods Totally 55 cases with premenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding visted the hospital during June,2006 to June,2009 were selected into the research group.Marvelon was given on the fifth day after diagnostic curettage for 21 days as 1 cycle,and 3 cycles as 1 course.Another 55 cases at the same period were selected as control,only received diagnostic curettage.Results After the observation of treatment group for 1 course,the total effective rate was 94.5%（P〈0.05）,with the anemia be corrected（P〈0.05）.The endometrial became thiner（P〈0.05）.After the treatment,the menstrual cycles returned to normal.Conclusion The use of marvelon cooperate with diagnostic curettage in the treatment of premenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding showed effective,with the cycle well-controlled.
