摘要 生物技术本科专业试行分类培养,既是新形势下高等教育教学改革的必然选择,也是实现因材施教、满足学生个性发展和社会多元化人才需求、达到有效教学的有益尝试。须遵循"以人为本,按需设计,搭建平台,分类培养,分向发展"的办学理念,以产学研相结合培养方式,按"低年级夯实基础,高年级分流培养"的原则,建立"基础平台+方向模块"的柔性课程体系,在师资条件、实践教学条件和制度条件支撑下,逐步建立适应高等教育应用型、研究型发展趋势的人才培养机制,有利于促进高等教育健康持续发展。 Classified cultivation of undergraduates of Biotechnology maior is not only the inevitabte choice for the teaching reform under the new situation of the tertiary education, it also represents a useful attempt of training students in accordance with their aptitude, meeting the their personal development and social needs of diversified talents, and realizing an effective teaching. The school-runnlng concept of being people-oriented, demand-based design, platform building, classified cultivation and diversified development must be followed. A flexible course system consisting of the 'foundation platform & direction modules' should be established in according to the principle of 'accumulation of basic knowledge for the juniors and directed training for the seniors'. Under the support conditions of teachers, educational practice, and educational system, the classified training mechanism should be gradually established in order to adapt it to the sound and sustainable development of application-based and research-oriented higher education in our country.
