对蚕学专业引入基因组与生物信息学课程的思考 被引量:1

摘要 目前,基因组与生物信息学已成为生命科学研究过程中必不可少的工具。然而,大多数国内高校的基因组与生物信息学教育却由于多种原因,发展迟滞,仅限于研究生阶段。西南大学蚕学专业不但拥有完整的家蚕基因组数据,且其基因组与生物信息学的教学和科研力量都很强,具有在本科课程中引入该门课程的显著优势。因此,本文拟通过描述两种切实可行的操作模式,将基因组与生物信息学引入蚕学本科课程中,旨在吸引更多的高校师生关注并有可能尝试去掌握该门新兴学科。 Genomics and bioinformatics have recently become essential tools in life science research. But unfortunately, its development is slow in the education of most Chinese universities due to various reasons. Besides the generous genomic data of Bombyx mori, the sericulture specialty of Southwest University has used and studied genomics and bioinformatics for many years, which are very helpful to be incorporated into the undergraduate curriculum. In this paper, two practicable methods for genomics and bioinformatics education are described to integrate them into the molecular biology course or to teach them independently, aiming to raise the interest of more teachers and students in this newly emerging discipline.
