摘要
技能人才供需失衡,特别是结构性缺员现象严重。技能人才结构不合理,政府经费投入不足、保障机制不健全是导致供需失衡的主要原因。因此,只有转变人才观、改进评价方式、健全激励机制才能为社会经济的快速、可持续发展提供强有力的技能人才支撑。
The supply and demand of professional talents are unbalanced.The structural deficiency of talents is especially serious.The main reasons of unbalance include unreasonable structure of skilled talents,lack of government investment and unsoundness of guarantee mechanism.As a result,we must change the concept of talents,improve the evaluation methods and incentive mechanism to provide skilled talents support for fast and sustainable development of our social economy.
