AZ31B镁合金缝焊焊缝微观组织分析

摘要 采用德国进口3GNP400ST交流缝焊机对镁合金AZ31B进行焊接试验,分析了规范焊接参数下焊接区的微观组织,通过物相分析得出镁合金缝焊焊接接头组织组成的一般规律及性能变化情况;观察和分析了母材和焊接接头的断口形貌。 AZ31B magnesium alloy have been welded by Germany imported AC seam welder 3GNP400ST,under the standard welding currents, the microstrueture diversification of welding zone were analyzed, by phase analysis we find the general rule of the microstructure diversification of magnesium alloy seam welded joint and the rule of capability changes; observed and analyzed the fracture surface of the base metal and welded joints.
