摘要
目的 探讨直肠癌根治术后局部复发的手术治疗效果。方法 对 47例局部复发再手术患者进行随访和分析。结果 2 0例直肠前切除术后吻合口复发者 ,11例行 Miles术 ,生存 5年者 3例 ,3年者 3例 ,2年以内者 5例。在 2 7例Miles术后会阴部复发者中 ,2 4例行会阴部广泛切除 ,1例生存 8年 ,2例 7年 ,1例 6年 ,9例 2～ 5年。
Objective To discuss the efficacy of surgical approach on locally recurrent rectal cancer after radical surgery. Methods 47 patients with surgical treatment for local recurrence were reviewed. Results Of 20 patients with anastomosis relapse after Dixon resection, 11 were performed with Miles resection, 3, 3 and 5 patients achieved 5 , 3 and less than 2 year survival respectively. Of 27 patients with perineal recurrence following Miles resection, 24 performed with extensive perineal excision, 1, 2, 1 and 9 patients achieved 8 , 7 , 6 and 2 5 year survival respectively. Conclusion The aggressive surgical intervention will improve the survival of the patient with locally recurrent rectal cancer following radical surgery.
