摘要
目的 探讨食管癌体外加腔内照射与单纯外照射治疗的疗效及副作用。材料 本文收集 1993年 12月～ 1995年 5月收治经病理证实的 10 0例食管癌病人。方法 病变长度不超过 8cm,分体外加腔内照射 (腔内组 )和单纯体外照射 (对照组 )两组。腔内组先给外照射肿瘤量 6 0 0 0 c Gy,体外照射治疗结束的下一周开始腔内治疗。每周一次剂量 5 0 0～70 0 c Gy,共给 2次。对照组肿瘤量为 70 0 0 c Gy。结果 两组生存率经统计学处理无明显差异。腔内组局部控制率高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。副作用腔内组稍高。结论 体外加腔内照射提高局部控制率 ,远期疗效差别不明显。腔内照射每次剂量高并发症增高 。
Objective To explore the therapeutic and side effects of external plus intracavitary irradiation and simple external irradiation for treatment of oesophageal cancer.Methods Pathologically proved 100 cases of oesophageal cancer (Dec 1993 Dec 1995)were divided randomly into the intracavitary irradiation group and the simple external irradiation (control) group.The former group received 6000 cGy external irradiation, rest for 1 week,and then received 500 700 cGy intracavitary irradiation weekly for 2 times.The control group received tumor dose of 7000 cGy external irradiation only.Results The survival rates of both groups showed no statistical difference,but the local control rate was higher in the intracavitary group( P <0 05) and the rate of side effects was slightly higher.Conclusion The external plus intracavitary irradiation has a higher local control rate in the treatment of oesophageal cancer but no apparent difference on long term therapeutic effect.Therefore,it can be used as a supplementary measure.
