摘要
在市场经济条件下存在应聘招聘信息的不对称性,导致人才和现代企业在实际交易过程中存在着逆向选择现象。本文分析了这种现象产生的部分原因,并提出几点解决对策。
Under market economy conditions exist in the candidate recruitment information asymmetry,resulting in personnel and modern enterprise in the actual transaction process exists the phenomenon of adverse selection.This roughly describes the causes of this phenomenon and put forward some countermeasures to solve.
