高校校园内外环境安全管理之探讨

大学校园是为大学生们提供幽雅、舒适、宁静、安全的学习生活的场所。校园安全文化是校园安全管理的重要组成部分,学校安全文化建设水平的高低已成为学校核心竞争力的基本内容之一。但是近几年随着社会的飞速发展,校园内外环境的日趋复杂,意外事故、偷窃等问题层出不穷地发生在校园内及校园周边,已经影响到在校大学生的正常生活。因此,加强大学校园内外环境的安全管理,培养"本安型"人才已经是当务之急。

College campus is a living and learning place for students with elegance,comfort,quietude and safety.Campus safety culture is an important part of the campus safety management which becomes a basic standard to measure the core competitiveness for a college school.But in recent years with the rapid development of society,inside and outside environment of college is becoming increasingly complex,accidents,thefts and so on which often occur in the campus and the surrounding,have affected the normal life of college students.Therefore,strengthening safety management of university campus is a top priority to research.
