Private enterprises in Guangzhou have taken the following measures to solve difficulties in Party construction： changing the set-up mode of basic level organization,improving the management system,clarifying party organization function,innovating activities in both content and form.This is a pilot study of implications for further practice on how to improve the party members＇ identity,reinforce the foundation,enhance party members＇ quality,and strengthen the influence of the party organization.
