信息不对称理论视角下的高校校务公开问题

Towards an open system of university administrative affairs based on Information Asymmetry

文章从信息不对称理论的视角来研究高校校务公开问题,分析信息不对称现象、成因及其对校务公开的影响,并依据信息不对称理论的相关原理,探讨高校校务公开过程的"逆向选择"问题和"道德风险"问题,进而提出充分运用"信号发出"原则、重视信息交流平台的搭建等有效抑制信息不对称的策略及途径。

This paper researches on the openness of university administrative affairs in the perspective of Information Asymmetry,the phenomena,causes and influence of which are analyzed.On the basis of related principles of Information Asymmetry theory,problems as ＂adverse selection＂ and ＂moral hazard＂ are discussed.Countermeasure for information asymmetry are proposed such as making full use of ＂signaling＂ principle,giving priority to constructing information exchange platform.
