创伤对大鼠实验性牙周炎的影响

摘要 目的建立SD大鼠创伤及牙周炎的实验性动物模型,分析创伤在大鼠实验性牙周炎发生、发展中的作用。方法将72只SD大鼠按随机数字表法分为3组:空白对照组(A组),牙周炎组(B组),创伤与牙周炎复合组(C组)。各组分别于1、4、8周和12周随机各处死6只,光镜下观察左侧下颌第一磨牙的牙周组织变化,计算破骨细胞数。结果各时段,B、C组破骨细胞数均明显高于A组(P<0.05),C组均显著高于B组(P<0.01),随着时间段的推移,A组破骨细胞数无明显变化(P>0.05),B、C组均明显增高(P<0.01)。典型的牙周炎病理的表现,C组4周时出现,而B组在8周时才呈现。结论 创伤作为局部因素能加快、加重牙周炎的发生、发展。 Objective To establish rat models of occlusal trauma and periodontitis,and to investigate the effect of occlusal trauma on the occurrence and development of experimental periodontitis.Methods Seventy-two SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:control group(group A),experimental periodontitis group(group B) and occlusal trauma plus experimental periodontitis group(group C).Six rats were randomly put to death in each group at 1,4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment,respectively.The pathological changes in periodontal tissues of mandibular first molar were observed under the light microscope and the number of osteoclast was determined.Results In each period,the number of osteoclast in group B or group C was significantly higher than that in group A(P0.05),while the number in group C was significantly higher than that in group B(P0.01).From 1 to 12 weeks,the number of osteoclast was not changed in group A(P0.05),but obviously increased in group B and group C(P0.01).Typical peridontitis appeared at 4 weeks in group C,while at 8 weeks in group C.Conclusion Occlusal trauma as a local factor can increase the incidence and development of periodotitis.
