甲基化-CpG-结合蛋白家族在肿瘤等疾病中的研究 被引量:1

摘要 甲基化-CpG-结合蛋白(methyl-CpG-bindingprotein 2,MeCP2)最早由R.R.Meehan等[1]提出,它是一种含特异性序列的DNA结合蛋白。随后,在哺乳动物中发现有一组蛋白每个都包含与MeCP2中甲基化-CpG-结合序列(methyl-CpG-bindingdomain,MBD)相同的基本结构,并将这组蛋白统称为甲基化-CpG-结合蛋白家族(methyl-CpG-bindingproteins,MBDs)。
