摘要
研究了对乙酰偶氮胂与镍离子的显色反应及分光光度法测定镍的条件。在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,配合物的最大吸收波长为640nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε640=6.03×104L.mol-1.cm-1,镍的含量在0~0.8mg/L范围内符合比尔定律。
A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of micro nickel p acetyl arsenazo was studied. The maximum absorption of the Ni p acetyl arsenazo complex was observed at 640nm with the molar absorptivity of 6 03×10 4L·ml -1 ·cm -1 . The nickel content within 0~0 8mg/L followed the Beer′s Law.
