金代东北边疆生活着契丹、渤海、奚等各族人民,金政权对其主要采取了安抚笼络、民族互徙、武力镇压与防御相结合的民族管理政策,为金初战争的胜利与后来东北的发展创造了有利条件。

There were Khitan,Bohai,Xi and other people of all nationalities in northeast frontier,Jin regime mainly adopted to appease the contact,mutual nationality acts,and the defense force combining national policy.It have created favorable conditions for the initial victory in the war and later northeast development.
