经济危机爆发后,大学生就业压力愈发突显。大学生就业既是涉及人民群众切身利益的民生问题,也是关系长远发展的经济问题和事关社会稳定的政治问题,更是一个世界性的难题。借鉴美国、英国、德国、法国、日本推行大学生就业新政的积极经验,如从需求角度看,采取灵活措施鼓励大学生创业;从供给角度看,加强大学生就业指导体系建设;从供需平衡角度看,充分整合大学生就业信息资源,建立健全大学生就业法律法规体系,对于缓解中国大学生就业压力具有重要的现实指导意义。

Since the outbreak of economic crisis,the undergraduate employment pressure becomes more and more serious.Undergraduate employment is not only a livelihood issue,but also economic problem for long development and political problem for social stability,even an global difficult problem.It is of great importance to relieve the undergraduate employment pressure and improve undergraduate employment for using the positive experiences in undergraduate employment policies from America,Britain,Germany,France and Japan for reference,which include encouraging carving careers of undergraduate with flexible measures from the aspect of demand,improving vocation guidance system of undergraduate employment from the aspect of supply,integrating information resource of undergraduate employment and establishing and improving the framework of laws and rules on undergraduate employment from the aspect of equilibrium of supply and demand.
