摘要
当前,我国政府监管职能存在三大主要弊端,即政治化倾向、非透明化和民主参与的制度缺陷。只有通过教育等制度转变政府监管机构的监管理念;通过立法等制度明确政府监管机构的权力边界;通过完善的民主参与制度约束政府监管机构的权力运行,才能不断提高我国政府的监管能力。
There are three main problems in our governmental supervision field presently,political trend,non-transparency and defect of democratic and participant regulations.Only education regulation can change supervision institution＇s conception;only law can make supervision institution＇s right boundary clear;only better democratic and participant regulations can limit supervision institution＇s operation of rights.The improvements of governmental supervision ability is based on these regulations right.
