基于中国近代海权意识嬗变为视角的孙中山海权观探析

An Examination on Sun Yetsun's View of Maritime Rights with the Perspective of Transformation of Maritime Rights Consciousness in Modern China

20世纪初,随着西方海权理论在近代中国的传播,近代国人的海权意识不断觉醒。孙中山顺应了20世纪初世界海洋战略竞争的浪潮,从思想和实践展示了他对海权的高度认知,成为近代中国海权观确立的重要标志。孙中山对海权与国家政治、海权与国家经济、海权与国家安全、海权与社会进步的真知灼见无疑拟就了一幅具有现代科学意识和战略高度的海权观,这既是对中华民族传统的"重陆轻海"观念的深刻反思,又是引导中华民族走向海洋强国之路的思想宝库。

At the beginning of the 20th century, with the western maritime right theory spreading in mo dem China,the modern Chinese awakened to it. Sun Yetsun adapted himself to the world ocean strategic competition at the beginning of the 20th century, showing his recognition of the maritime rights theoretically and practically and thus becoming an important sign of establishing the concept of marine right in modern China. Sun Yetsun＇s view about the sea right and national politics, sea right and national econo- my, the sea right and national security, sea right and social progress undoubtedly constituted the marine rights with modern scientific consciousness and concept of marine rights with strategic height. This is not only a deep retrospection on Chinese traditional conception of ＂Land First and Sea Second＂ but also is a treasure of thought to lead China onto the path of maritime great power.
