摘要
建立了一个包含四个安装参数和一个转角参数在内的点接触齿面副啮合分析的数学模型 ,并导出了一组基本公式。这些公式适用于齿面啮合的任何接触点。利用这些公式一方面能够计算分析已知点接触齿面副的啮合性能 ,而且比用TCA要方便快速得多 。
This paper established a mathematical model for the meshing analysis of point contact tooth surfaces pairs,which includes four mounting parameters and one rational angle parameter,and derived a set of fundamental formulae.These formulae are suitable for any contacting point of tooth surface meshing.By the use of these formulae ,for one thing,the meshing function of contacting tooth surface pairs of known points can be computed and analyzed,which is much more conveniext and quicker than the TCA,and for another,the point contact tooth surface pairs can also be designed according to the requirements on the gearing performance.
