高职院校工学结合培养高技能人才的保障机制研究

有效实施工学结合人才培养模式是高职院校提高高技能人才质量的关键。文章从校企合作的法律法规、"双师"型教师队伍建设、质量监控三个方面对工学结合培养高技能人才的保障机制存在问题进行分析,并提出相应的完善质量保障机制的对策。

The effective implementation of the talent training mode of work-study combination in higher vocational colleges is the key of high skilled talents quality.The article analyzes the existing problems of the security mechanism of training high skilled talents from three aspects of the laws and regulations of cooperation between school and enterprise,＂Double Teachers＂ construction,quality control and puts forward some countermeasures to perfect quality guarantee mechanism.
