当今对非物质文化遗产的保护追求遗产的整体性、原真性和可持续的沿袭存在。非物质文化遗产传承人,是完成这一使命的重要文化因子。在安顺蜡染的开发保护中,只有传承人得到有效的保护,才能真正地做到对这项非物质文化遗产的活态保护。建立非物质文化传承基地,是对安顺蜡染进行保护和开发的一条有效路径。

The ultimate goal of the intangible cultural heritage protection is to pursue the integrity,authenticity and sustainability of heritage.The purpose of protection is not to make it become records and antique,but to make it keep a kind of living culture,is a kind of viable heritage.The inheritors of intangible cultural heritage are the important carriers implementing the mission.Therefore,in order to livingly protect the batiks of Anshun,the inheritors should be protected effectively.According to the quality of batiks of Anshun,the author suggests constructing the intangible cultural heritage base to develop and protect the batiks of Anshun.
