文科院校中理工科科研发展问题探析——以中国人民大学为例

新世纪以来,跨学科研究方兴未艾,强调文理交叉、相互融合的做法成为我国高等院校培养创新型人才的基本共识。与理工科院校发展文科相比,文科院校发展理工科困难重重,鲜有经验。建立健全文理有别的科研考核机制,尊重理工科科研发展的规律,强化院系协作,加强科技成果转化力度,多渠道筹措经费是文科院校发展理工科的必由之路。文章以中国人民大学为例,探讨文科院校发展理工科的意识、思路和方法,并对一些科研管理问题提出了思考和策略。

Since the new century,The interdisciplinary research develops quickly.Emphasizing the intersection of Arts and science becomes our country universities＇ basic consensus on cultivating innovative talents.With the development of Liberal Arts in science and Engineering Universities,RUC＇s development on science and engineering is very difficult.This article tries to raise questions from the development on science and engineering of RUC.Attaching importance to scientific research and evaluation and respecting scientific research law is the way to success.
