摘要
教师在批评教育学生时,如果没有掌握批评的教育艺术,而采取简单、生硬、粗暴的方式来批评教育学生,不但达不到教育学生的目的,还会使学生产生抵触情绪。因此,我们要改变简单生硬的批评教育方式,把"忠言逆耳"变成"忠言顺耳"。虽然"没有批评的教育是不完整的教育",但在批评教育的过程中教师要善于讲究艺术:要平等公正;要掌握事实;要有的放矢;要留有余地;要刚柔相济;要迂回启发;要有点"糊涂"。
Educational aim can not be reached through criticizing students in a simple, harsh or brutal way just opposite , what we meet is the antagonism. We may change words , which is harsh to the ear into graceful to the ear. Though education without criticism is incomplete,teachers should resort to the artistic approaches in a justice way with a definite object. Teachers can criticize students in both harsh and soft way and leave some room for students to think back, in another way, teachers should sometimes be in muddle.
