Optimizing Strategies for Vocational College Students Internship

从历年高职院校学生顶岗实习的过程安排、实施、过程监控和效果评价等方面入手,进行分析和调查,发现高职生的顶岗实习存在着诸如应付了事型顶岗、作为简单劳动力的补缺型顶岗、学不够用的旁观型顶岗、骗取学分的虚假型顶岗等现象,提出解决问题的针对性建议,旨在促进高职院校的办学水平和毕业生质量的提高。

Over many years＇ investigation and analysis of vocational college students for internship arrangement, implementation, process monitoring, effect evaluation and other aspects, the author finds out that there are many negative phenomena as some higher vocational students view internship as taking the places of others halfheartedly, working as a less capable man to make up for the shortage of labor, working as a bystander without enough knowledge to meet the need and obtaining academic credit by cheating. In order to promote the educational level of the vocational college and improve the quality of graduates, the author puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems.
