谈高校思想政治理论课教师可持续发展的实现

摘要 高校思想政治理论课教师的可持续发展,是当前思想政治教育改革实践中提出的一个具有重要意义的课题。教师的可持续发展不论是对社会、对教育、对学生,还是对教师本人都具有十分重要的意义。教师的可持续发展需要各种外在环境条件的有力支持,也需要教师自身各种主客观条件的具备,还需要通过各种有效的途径才能实现。 Sustainable development for college teacher teaching ideological and political theory course plays an important role during the practice of ideological and political education. Sustainable development of teachers, which is important to society, education, student, and teacher himself, can be achieved by the support of external environment and by the subjective ability and objective conditions provided for teachers as well as various and effective implementation methods.
