阐述黄酒生产用菌种酵母菌和米曲霉菌保藏的基本原理、保藏方法以及注意事项。
This study expatiated on the truth of the animalcule saving, the saving way of the yeast and Aspergillus oryzae and the matters needing attention in the process of the conserving.
